How has everyone been enjoying the weekend? Have you gotten the chance to play through the new update yet? This week I've been taking it pretty easy, enjoying some time with the family. 

I've started laying the groundwork for the next update. Some small things here and there, but I may write an outline again for this update since it was helpful while developing chapter 3. 

Have any of you combed through the new art assets and figured out what the next update will be out? The story in the next update revolves around a certain character...

The meat of this next update will be shorter than the chapter 3 update, but I will be including some polls for patrons to help decide what kind of content gets added into that story. I'll discuss what I mean by this in more detail in the future. I also will be holding another user submitted contract contest for the next update and perhaps squeeze in a commissioned character or two, if there is time. 

I will start working on fixing some bugs that have been reported to me this week . I will release an updated version of the game when it is released to the public on July 17 with the reported bug fixes. Additionally, I will start work on updating the walkthrough for the new content as well, since it currently only covers up to 2.4.1.

I want to ask now, is there something you would like to see added? Is there any part you would like to see expanded on? There are some things people want to see that I already have plans to include at a certain part of the story, which is why they are not currently in the game. I add plenty of ideas that are suggested or critiqued to me, not including the contracts. My view for what should be added is pretty narrow, so I'd like to gauge what the community is interested in and how I can adapt them into Crimson Veil, assuming it is applicable. 

I'm very proud of my game so far, I just want to see it grow and reach a wider audience. I'm grateful that I have this platform to share my work with all of you. Until next week!
